The mission of Kevin Brode & Associates is to improve team performance. In all of his work, Kevin focuses upon the four cornerstones of successful teams: Communication, Process, Goals & Objectives and Team Skills. Typical team improvement can occur through keynote speeches, workshops or individual coaching sessions.

Working with Kevin Brode & Associates usually takes one of two directions. Individuals and organizations will work with Kevin to improve the performance of existing teams or their role within a team. Additionally, organizations will work with Kevin to tap his broad corporate experience to diagnose team and organizational issues, design effective strategies and tactics to improve their team’s performance.

It can be almost anything that makes sense for you or your business. It could be as simple as a lunch-n-learn session on teamwork, or a 1-2 hour session with the CEO discussing organizational issues and needs. Many organizations invite Kevin in for a discovery session, and then a program is crafted that meets the unique needs of the individual or organization.

While many engagements start with just a presentation or a single session, others develop into longer engagements that leverage Kevin’s unique skill and experience as a senior executive and experienced team leader. Having worked with individuals and organizations of all sizes, Kevin can help inspire teams and individuals to greatness.

Fees for individual and organizational training and coaching are varied. At Kevin Brode & Associates, we can work with you to create a program that meets both your needs and your financial requirements.
